How much are the SNTS Instructional Series?
The Adventure Bike series is NZ$50 and the Dirt Bike series is NZ$70
What do I get when I purchase the series?The Adventure Bike Series contains 16 episode and the Dirt Bike series contains 18 episodes. You can stream them as often as you like.They are provided to you digitally, which you can access through your account on our websiteThey are not provided physically eg on a DVD or similar.
I have previously purchased the series on an older platform, such as Vimeo, or on the older Say No To Slow website - how can I access them now?
We updated out website in March 2022 so you will need to activate your account.To do this please go to the following page:https://saynotoslow.nz/account/register
Fill in your details as if registering for a new account (first name, last name, email and a password) and you should then have access to your account.

Do I need to create an
account to purchase them?
You will need to create an
account to watch the videos at saynotoslow.nz If you purchase them and don’t create an account (eg if you have used Google Pay, Apple Pay or another accelerated checkout option) don’t worry, you can create the account once you are ready to watch the videos and they will be there waiting for you.

Can I download the series?Downloading of the series
is not currently available however you can stream them as often as you like.
Can I cast the videos to
Yes you can. At the moment,
Vimeo videos are not supported to be cast directly from our platform, but you can mirror your mobile device using Google Home and watch them like
that (we have tested it ourselves and it's a totally acceptable

I’m having trouble accessing
my account, how do I sign in
When you go to
saynotoslow.nz you will see a head and shoulders icon at the top right, click there to log in with your email and password. There is an option to recover your password if you have forgotten yours (haven’t we all done that at some point!)

We are based in Thames, New
Zealand, but we do run clinics across NZ and the rest of the world (now that we can travel again!)
How many people attend a
We limit our clinics to 10

I've heard I need off road
boots and tyres for the adventure course, is that right?
It sure is. This is primarily for your safety, and confidence, which go hand in hand. We have information available on this for you on request.

Do I need to create an
account to purchase physical items? Our system is set up to require customers to set up an account due to the digital nature of most of our products. If you don't want to create an account and still want to purchase physical products, get in touch.
