How much are the SNTS Instructional Series?
Everything Adventure is US$69.99 and the Dirt Bike series is US$49.99. Local currency price shown for USA, Canada, EU, UK and NZ.

What do I get when I purchase the series?
The Everything Adventure Series contains 24 episodes, over 9 hours of content, and the Dirt Bike series contains 21 episodes, over 5 hours of content. You can stream them as often as you like. You can download them to the Say No To Slow app at no extra cost, so you can watch them wherever you like!
You can also access them through your account on our website. The series are provided to you digitally, which you can access through your account on our website at https://content.saynotoslow.nz/sign_in

They are not provided physically eg on a DVD or similar.

Do I need a subscription?

No you don't. It's really important to us that our customers can purchase the videos as a one time purchase and watch as often as they like without paying extra. If you don't want a subscription, you can buy either series as a one time purchase and it will stay in your library.

Are the series included in the subscription?

Yes! Say No To Slow Dirt Bike Series and Everything Adventure series are included in the annual subscription.

What does an annual Say No To Slow subscription get me?

An annual subscription will give you access to all content on the site. You also get access to the community feature, live streams, Q&A's sessions with Chris, submit your videos for analysis as well as ask us any questions about your training, practice drills, technique, bike set up etc.  

Is the Say No To Slow app free?

Yes it is! The app is free to download, sign in and access your Say No To Slow video purchases. You can download the videos to your app and watch them offline.

I bought the old series, should I buy the new series?

The new Everything Adventure series is a much bigger project. The original was 4 hours long, while the new one includes 7+ hours of all-new coaching across 15 episodes, featuring more detailed instructions and improved footage, as well as an additional 1–2 hours of extra content not included in the first series. Chris’s coaching has evolved, and we wanted to capture the very best of what he can offer today.

I have previously purchased the series on an older
platform, such as Vimeo, or on the older Say No To Slow website - how can I
access them now?
We provided numerous opportunities for Vimeo customers to migrate to our current platform. The old Adventure Bike series is no longer available for purchase, so you’ll need to purchase the Everything Adventure series if you want to access the adventure bike training.

Do I need to create an account to purchase them?
You will need to create an account to watch the videos at content.saynotoslow.nz

Are the videos downloadable? 
Yes they are! This is a feature which we have introduced as part of the FREE Say No To Slow app. This is a game changer!

Can I cast the videos to another device?

Yes you can, as long as your device is casting capable.

In-Person Coaching Clinics
Where are the clinics held?
We are based in Thames, New Zealand, but we do run clinics across NZ and the rest of the world.

How many people attend a clinic?
We limit our clinics to 10 riders each session.

Can I book a private session?
Yes, just contact info@saynotoslow.nz to start discussing details. Chris is booked out most of the year so advance planning is usually needed.

I don’t have a bike, can I hire one?
Unfortunately we do not offer hire bikes for our clinics.

Can you come to me, wherever I am in the world?
We can certainly have a conversation with you about it. Chris has raced and coached in over 50 countries so far, so you have a good shot.

How much does it cost?
Our NZ clinics start from $350pp/day, depending on location and the clinic inclusions. International clinics have a lot of variables, so get in touch with us to discuss – info@saynotoslow.nz 

I’ve heard I need off road boots and tyres for the adventure course, is that right?
It sure is. This is primarily for your safety, and confidence, which go hand in hand. We have information available on this for you on request.

Online Store / Products / Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Most of our standard shipping rates allow for tracked international delivery. We do not ship to South Africa. Currently, we are experiencing issues shipping to the USA, as our postal services work through the implications of the recent tariff changes.

I’ve ordered the wrong thing, can I change this?
Get in touch with us as soon as you realise – if we haven’t shipped it, it’s not a problem to change it.

There is a problem with my order that I have received. Can I get a refund?
Please get in touch with us to discuss. We are happy to work with the customer and refund if that’s the right thing to do.

Do I need to create an account to purchase physical items?
No, you do not.
