How much are the SNTS Instructional Series?
The Adventure Bike series is NZ$50 and the Dirt Bike series is NZ$70
What do I get when I purchase the series?
The Adventure Bike Series contains 16 episodes and the Dirt Bike series contains 18 episodes. You can stream them as often as you like.
They are provided to you digitally, which you can access through your account on our website.
They are not provided physically eg on a DVD or similar.
I have previously purchased the series on an older platform, such as Vimeo, or on the older Say No To Slow website - how can I access them now?

Do I need to create an account to purchase them?
You will need to create an account to watch the videos at saynotoslow.nz
If you purchase them and don’t create an account, don’t worry, you can create the account once you are ready to watch the videos and they will be there waiting for you.

Are the videos downloadable?
Downloading of the main Dirt Bike and Adventure Bike series is not available however you can stream them as often as you like.
Some of the videos, such as Adventure Bike Carpark Drills, Dirt Bike Practice Exercises, and Adventure Bike Safety 101, are downloadable. When you purchase these, you will get a separate email with download instructions.
Can I cast the videos to another device?
Yes you can - it may depend on what platform you are on, as some are not currently supported through Vimeo, who hosts our videos. You can mirror your mobile device using Google Home and watch them like that (we have tested it ourselves and it's a totally acceptable solution!)
What payment methods can I use?
You can use Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Make sure that if you purchase using a quick pay method that your email address linked to that matches the one you are using on your account. If it doesn't and it's already gone through, don't worry, we can help you get it sorted, just email us at email@example.com and we will fix it up!
I’m having trouble accessing my account, how do I sign in?
When you go to saynotoslow.nz you will see a head and shoulders icon at the top right, click there to log in with your email and password. There is an option to recover your password if you have forgotten yours (haven’t we all done that at some point!)

In-Person Coaching Clinics
Where are the clinics held?
We are based in Thames, New Zealand, but we do run clinics across NZ and the rest of the world (now that we can travel again!)
How many people attend a clinic?
We limit our clinics to 10 riders each session.
Can I book a private session?
Yes, just contact email@example.com to start discussing details.
I don’t have a bike, can I hire one?
Yes, we have hire bikes available for our Thames clinics
Can you come to me, wherever I am in the world?
We can certainly have a conversation with you about it, Chris has raced and coached in over 50 countries so far, so you have a good shot.
How much does it cost?
As at February 2022, our NZ clinics are between $220-$250pp, depending on locations. International clinics have a lot of variables so get in touch with us to discuss – firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve heard I need off road boots and tyres for the adventure course, is that right?
It sure is. This is primarily for your safety, and confidence, which go hand in hand. We have information available on this for you on request.
Online Store / Products / Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Most of our standard shipping rates allow for tracked delivery international. We do not ship to South Africa. Some of our products we only ship to NZ and Australia (such as the DoubleTrack tool, but you can order this through the link on the product page)
I’ve ordered the wrong thing, can I change this?
Get in touch with us as soon as you realise – if we haven’t shipped it, it’s not a problem to change it.
There is a problem with my order that I have received, can I get a refund?
Please get in touch with us to discuss, we are happy to work with the customer and refund if that’s the right thing to do.
