Shipping policy

We ship our physical products from NZ. This is offered as a tracked service. Please ensure that you enter your physical delivery address accurately to assist in delivery. If your parcel is delayed or held up once it arrives in your country, you will need to contact your local postal service for assistance.

All customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or other import related costs when parcels arrive in their country. For all of our USA customers, we cover these as at 1 April 2026 - however you must make a manual order for us to ship to you.

We cannot guarantee delivery of products if it is not a tracked service, and some countries we are unable to offer this due to cost. If you order a physical product and we can't send it tracked, we will  offer to send it untracked at your risk.
